MULTI LEAGUE (BETA)

After many requests we have implemented Multi league support. 

You can now setup games that run across multiple supported leagues.

E.g.
English Premier League + Championship.
NRL + AFL + EPL

The fixtures are currently configured from Wednesday to the following Tuesday each week in UTC time (E.g. Weds 00:00:00 UTC to Tues 23:59:59 UTC).

This is currently in Beta so please let us know if you find any issues and as always we appreciate your feedback and suggestions for improvements.
